Cedar Creek Village I Club House is located directly adjacent to the Cedar Creek Village Commercial Center and Cedar Creek Village I and Cedar Creek Village II apartments.

All residents of Cedar Creek Village and Cedar Springs Estates have use of the Cedar Creek Village I Club House and the Cedar Springs Estates II Exercise Room.

Cedar Creek Clubhouse includes an exercise room with treadmills, stationary bicycles, stairmasters, circuit weight machines, racquetball courts and shower rooms.

Cedar Creek Club House also houses a beauty salon and convenience gift shop that are open to the public.

A beautiful Reception Room and Outdoor Patio are available to rent. Located in our Cedar Creek Village Club House, call (509) 468-3227 — or visit online at Reception Room Online Reservations for information, rental rates, and reservations.

The Cedar Creek Village Commercial Center, located on the corner of N. Nevada St. & E. Magnesium Rd., includes the following: Daycare, Gas Station and Convenience Store; Offices and Shops; Lilac Lanes & Casino with a Restaurant and Bar and a Gaming Center that includes Las Vegas style Black Jack and other gaming activities—all are open to the public.
