All 2 bedroom units contain washers and dryers.

Community amenities include a spacious inner courtyard, pool with covered bbq areas, club house, garages, carports and extra storage.

Extra garages are available to rent for $40 per month.

All residents of Cedar Creek and Cedar Springs have use of the Cedar Creek Club House with fitness center, racquet ball court, and gift shop; and the Cedar Springs II Clubhouse Exercise Room.

A beautiful Reception Room and Outdoor Patio are available to rent. Located in our Cedar Creek Village Club House, call (509) 468-3227 for information, rental rates, and reservations.
